I am the sole practitioner of Prairie Lily Physiotherapy. My name is Krystal Konjolka and I've lived in Indian Head for about 12 years. I started becoming interested in physical therapy due to a close relative of mine becoming injured after a fall at work. This relative lived in a rural location and had tried to contact someone for exercises and advice on how to rehabilitate themselves without any success. Picture a typical February in small town Saskatchewan with icy streets, blustery winds, low visibility and no driver's license. I realized how under-served rural Saskatchewan is when it comes to physical therapy and proper rehabilitation from any type of injury.

My physiotherapy career began in private practice where I focused on older adults, work injuries and working with young athletes. I chose to focus on providing physical therapy for clients who required therapy in their homes. My biggest focus was keeping individuals thriving in their home for as long as possible. When I had the opportunity to provide physical therapy services in Indian Head to help a rural community, this perfectly aligned with my goals of keeping clients close to home and serving a wide range of people with different needs, goals and abilities. Now, I am excited to serve the community in more specialized ways by opening my own clinic in Indian Head.

In my spare time, I like to spend it curling at the Indian Head curling rink, curled up with a book at Indian Head library, and hiking or cross country skiing at Echo Valley Provincial Park.
